I really enjoyed its beautifully decorated rooms.

I was offered a room with absolutely breathtaking views of the sea. The bathroom was marble-lined, also it included central heating, a personal safe, and a refrigerator. The location was excellent and unbeatable, right at Sultanahmet District Public Square...

I got a well decorated room with a refrigerator, an air conditioning and an individual safe.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

Loved how the double room with a garden view was arranged when we arrived. The hotel was in a very central setting in the old town of Istanbul. The staff were very caring and helpful, gave us great tips.

My experience was quite frustrating. The reception couldn't arrange a taxi for us, forcing us to walk to our next destination. Little things, like a kettle in the room, were missing, reflecting a lack of attention to guest comfort. These inconveniences overshadowed the stay.

The rooftop terrace offers fine views of the Bosphorus! Plus, the garden suite with a private hamam-style bath was pure bliss.

We spent relaxing evenings on the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the beautiful garden during breakfast. Just a heads-up that the spiral staircase could be a bit tricky for some, but it didn't dampen our stay at all 😊
